It reads and writes a Postgres database\nthrough Drizzle and ships as a Docker image.\n\n## Commands\n\n- Install: `pnpm install`\n- Dev server: `pnpm dev`, then open http://localhost:3000\n- All tests: `pnpm test`\n- One test file: `pnpm test lib/orders.test.ts`\n- Lint and types: `pnpm lint && pnpm typecheck`\n- New migration: `pnpm db:generate`, then `pnpm db:migrate`\n\nRun the tests and the type check before you call a change done.\n\n## Project layout\n\n- `app/`: routes and pages (App Router)\n- `components/`: shared React components; `components/ui` holds the design system\n- `lib/`: server code, database queries and helpers\n- `db/schema.ts`: the database schema, changed only through a migration\n\n## Code style\n\n- TypeScript in strict mode. Use `unknown` and narrow it instead of `any`.\n- Named exports only.\n- Components never query the database. Server code lives in `lib/`.\n- Reuse the components in `components/ui` before writing new markup.\n\n## Workflow\n\n- Make the smallest change that solves the task, and leave unrelated code as it is.\n- Add or update a test with every change in behavior.\n- Write commit messages as Conventional Commits, such as `fix(orders): handle an empty cart`.\n- Ask before you add a dependency.\n\n## Never\n\n- Edit a migration in `db/migrations/` that is already merged.\n- Commit `.env` files or print secrets in logs.\n"}]}
